As a finance company, the design was kept traditional and had a corporate feel due to the cellular layout. The brief was to create a modern, contemporary office environment which reflects Tavistock Investment’s brand and corporate identity. A light and fresh breakout area was created using the profusion of natural light that floods the space. The team also gave special consideration to managing office noise and fitted acoustic barriers into the ceiling and floor voids within meeting rooms and work areas. New furniture was purchased and installed to complement Tavistock’s existing furniture to form a cohesive design and feature manifestation was fitted to reinforce the company’s brand.
