3-Space have embarked on two projects with Marriott Vacation Club. The first project integrated a new mechanical system to all guest suites and common areas throughout the hotel. To ensure that the refurbishment was as seamless as possible and to minimise disruption to hotel guests, we suggested a two-phased approach to the project. Since parts of the hotel were occupied 24/7, it was important that we worked around the guests and minimised any disruption while the works were in progress. We ensured that the air conditioning, power, lighting and other services were still functioning for the hotel guests in the occupied areas. Although there were significant challenges along the way due to the age of the building and the guest occupation, the works were completed within the timeframe and within budget.

Our second project involved the refurbishment of all the guest suites. Working with Elizabeth Lane Design, a sophisticated palette with elegant & classical details was chosen, enhanceing and respecting the original features of this Regency inspired style townhouse.  Works included installing broadloom carpets and redecorating throughout to modernize as well as the refurbishment of the existing kitchens. New feature lighting including chandeliers were installed  to the staircase and main lobby.
