Design features include utilising the original exposed vaulted concrete ceilings, complemented with a contemporary lighting solution and high-quality timber flooring.  A bespoke events area was created, consisting of a 5m counter with Corian top and polished concrete panelling and a real concrete slab with wine bottle display cut outs.  There were no compromises in terms of quality. A fully temperature and humidity controlled cool room was created with heat free lights in order to keep the wines in pristine condition.
