OVERVIEW
Columbia Threadneedle is an investment company which offers a broad range of managed investment strategies. Working with Columbia Threadneedle on another project on Regent Park in Leatherhead, 3-Space were asked to give the top floor and the reception lobby of Brunswick House, a much-needed update by designing and constructing two separate CAT A+ offices to provide a plug and play solution for incoming tenants.
Our designer took advantage of the natural light that floods both areas to create bright, airy and comfortable work and breakout spaces. Feature wallpaper and floor coverings were used to zone the different areas and striking feature lighting gives additional interest to the tea points. Acoustic panelling was used to define areas within the offices and to absorb noise to reduce distractions and promote better productivity.
