The creation of our new EMEA HQ office was an incredibly important step for Ross; we were very excited by the project but also concerned about its scale, its management and how to get the best possible result for our budget. Never having managed an office fit-out before, we spoke to a few different companies but were immediately impressed with 3-Space. Tony and Giles gave us a great deal of confidence about the process of working with them and made us feel that we would be in very safe hands. Right from the start, the 3-Space team went to great lengths to understand our business and culture. We were expertly guided through all of the choices we needed to make, and the team’s experience and professionalism was apparent at every turn. We also asked some questions of the team that perhaps took them out of their comfort zone, so we all learned from the process. In terms of the final result, we’ve now got an office that everyone at Ross is incredibly proud to call ‘home’. It’s a world-class facility that consistently impresses visitors, is functional, comfortable, scalable and will still look fantastic in a decade. We couldn’t be happier.

3-Space were selected from a shortlist of five companies because they were the only people who truly took the time to fully understand our business, culture and vision for the future. The project team were professional, efficient and responsive to every question and query of “could we possibly change this?” request we made (over 35 official change requests and possibly hundreds on unofficial ones). From start to finish 3-Space were helpful, friendly and professional. Our build came with a number of challenges, all of which they were able to accommodate. As a company, they went out of their way to achieve good design, easily solve problems and tackle on-going issues. When we decided to add other requirements, such as a brewery room, they quickly adapted the design to fit what we needed. They helped us achieve the building that we’d always dreamed of, with high spec laboratories that meet GMP Pharmaceutical standard, to an open, funky work environment where everyone feels welcome. They were a joy to work with throughout the whole process, and we’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to design, build and furnish an office they’re happy to stay in for the long-term!
